Penick Village is a continuous care retirement community located next to the scenic Weymouth Woods near downtown Southern Pines.  Established in 1964, Penick Village has expanded to 38 acres offering a variety of residential home choices for independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care.  Our Penick Woodlands expansion, scheduled to open in 2011, will offer an additional apartment building and a Village House community center that will enhance the services and amenities now offered.  Penick Village prides itself on being a loving community that is focused on the care and quality of life for all seniors.
