Please read the following information and rules carefully before completing the application.
EVENT LOCATION: First Eve will be held, rain, snow or shine, on the paved streets of Downtown Southern Pines. December 31, 2017 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM
APPLYING: We are looking for kid and family-friendly businesses to sell, educate, share with our First Eve attendees. If you think your business might fit into this event, please complete and return the application with money order or check payable to SPBA First Eve. The First Eve committee reserves the right to deny any applicant.
DISPLAY SPACE: Booth space size is 10’ X 10’ and is located on the paved streets of the Town of Southern Pines. All exhibitors must furnish their own display equipment and provide any necessary protection from the elements. Tents are mandatory. Exhibitors are expected to remain within their assigned space and keep their area neat at all times. Your booth location will be assigned by our First Eve committee and you’ll be notified of your exact location 2 weeks prior to the event.
FESTIVAL HOURS: Set Up Time: 4:00PM – 6:00PM on the day of the event.
All vehicles must be removed from the streets by 5:15PM.
Breakdown will not be permitted until the close of the event at 8:00PM. No vehicles will be permitted in the event area for any reason until after 8:00PM.
FEES: $25 per booth (after 11/1 $50 per booth)
$25 Insufficient Funds Fee
